服務內容
- 處理本校各單位來自〝中華郵政〞之掛號、快捷、包裹等郵件，分類整理後分送各單位，由各單位簽收，或由各單位工友至收發室領取。平信等非掛號信件由收發室逕送各單位，或由各單位工友至收發室領取。
- 學生宿舍區平日之掛號、快捷、包裹等郵件，分類整理後e-mail 通知同學，同學持學生證依通知領取。平信等非掛號信件由收發室直接送至各宿舍管理員室。
- 宿舍包裹信件查詢系統
- 平日自強宿舍之大件包裹，由於舍區較為偏遠，由收發室逕送至山上舍區。
- 學生宿舍區開學前後一週，郵局直接將大件包裹送至宿舍區，方便同學領取。
- 掛號、快捷、包裹等郵件通知未領逾10天者，收發室再通知一次，逾5天仍未領取者，則交予郵務人員簽收退回。

Service
- We receive and sort registered, express, parcel, and other mail from Chunghwa Post Co., Ltd., then distribute these items to the respective units and have the units sign for them. Alternatively, maintenance workers from each unit can come to the mailroom to collect and sign for their items. Unregistered mail, such as ordinary letters, is delivered directly to the respective units.
- We receive and sort registered, express, parcel, and other mail from Chunghwa Post Co., Ltd. for students residing in the dormitories. We notify students via email to bring their identification for pickup. Unregistered mail, such as ordinary letters, is delivered directly to the respective dormitory service centers.
- Registered Mail / Parcel Tracking Service System
- Large parcels for ZihChiang Dormitories are delivered directly from the mailroom to there on weekdays during the academic period.
- Large parcels for dormitories are delivered directly from Chunghwa Post Co., Ltd. to dormitories on the week before the academic period begins.
- If registered, express, parcel, or other mail is not picked up within 10 days after notification, the mailroom will send a reminder notification. If the items are not collected within an additional 5 days, they will be returned to the postal service.
