| 一、處理本校各單位來自〝中華郵政〞之掛號、快捷、包裹等郵件，分類整理後分送各單位，由各單位簽收，或由各單位工友至收發室領取。平信等非掛號信件由收發室逕送各單位，或由各單位工友至收發室領取。 |
| 二、學生宿舍區平日之掛號、快捷、包裹等郵件，分類整理後e-mail 通知同學，同學持學生證依通知領取。平信等非掛號信件由收發室直接送至各宿舍管理員室。 |

| 三、平日自強宿舍之大件包裹，由於舍區較為偏遠，由收發室逕送至山上舍區。 |
| 四、學生宿舍區開學前後一週，郵局直接將大件包裹送至宿舍區，方便同學領取。 |
| 五、掛號、快捷、包裹等郵件通知未領逾10天者，收發室再通知一次，逾5天仍未領取者，則交予郵務人員簽收退回。 |
